I must admit that I'm a sucker
for self-help books. But not the ones
that tell you how to become happy in 2 days
or 7 habits of highly effective people etc. LOL
I believe that being happy in life
is a long term process.
It can't happen overnight.
But we can learn how to improve
our life by applying little changes.
I read 'Psychologies' magazine
from time to time.
And I found this little booklet
attached to February issue.
I was skeptical at first but as
I ran through the pages I found
lots of easy ways that inspire me
to change something in my life.
These are the chapters:
At the end of every chapter there's space to
jot down your own ideas.
I'm not really big on New Years resolutions
but turning 25 and recent events in my life
made me think that I'm the one in control of my life.
And it's up to me how satisfied I am.
Hope this post isn't useless.
I know it's random
but I felt I wanted to share it with you guys.
I love your comments!
It always make me feel so special
when somebody leaves me
a bunch of warm words:)
Anybody read anything interesting recently
and wants to recommend it?
xoxo

Belated birthday wishes, sweet heart! I know I am always late :)
ReplyDeleteI am a book worm, so I think I have something for you! Ignore if u did read these...Dan Brown's Deception Point and Jed Rubenfeld's Interpretation of Murder! For now! Will let u know if anything strikes!
Did u read Devil Wears Prada? I like the novel better! Its more detailed! Movie was very funny, though! Take care, my dear!
Divija, thanks for recommendations doll.
ReplyDeleteI also loooove reading and recently I read all Harlan Coben's books and I truly recommend them.
Plus, I just discovered a Japanese writer Haruki Murakami- he has an amazing style.
Yep, I agrre that 'Devil wears Prada' novel is way better than the movie.
I read a couple of Dan Brown's books but not the one you mentioned. So this one and 'Interpretation of Murder' go onto my list:)
Thanks again sweetie
