Autumn in a bottle

Continuing the autumn craziness
I popped into The Body Shop and I found
this shower/bath gel - Spiced Pumpkin.
It smells a-m-a-z-i-n-g!
Spicy, warm and sweet all at the same time.
Plus, at the moment they're having a sale -
it was £2.. think I'm going to go back and
stock up. Pure love :-)



I found that really cute.

H&M catalogue

Yesterday I got two new H&M catalogues in mail.
I must say that H&M is probably my favourite high street shop.

I already went through them a couple of times
and chose my favourites :)

I really like the way they styled it:
lots of layers, very casual, cosy looking and great for cold seasons.

And I think one of the best things about H&M:
great choice of accessories!

I also got a code for 25% off on any item
and I'm sure it won't take me long to use it.

Autumn in the air

I am a sucker for candles, burners, diffusers and all that kind of jazz.
Autumn seems to be a perfect season for that.
Definitely my favourite season.

An oil burner or a nicely smelling candle can literally
transform the whole room or even flat.
It makes it more cosy and homy.

What are your favourite scents?

Favourite perfume

Top Notes: Peony, Freesia, Litchi.

Heart Notes: Rose, Lily-of-the-Valley, Caribbean Magnolia.

Base Notes: Amber, Virginia Cedar

Feminine, modern, sweet, a bit flowery but not too much.

Perfect.

It suits my personality.

The moment I spray it, it makes me want to smile.

Breakfast

Yeo Valley organic yogurts are my favourite.
They're really creamy, probiotic and not too sweet.
I also like the fact that they don't taste of artificial fruit.

And yes. I'm still pretty much into blueberries :-)

healthy snacks

It is a quite busy and stressful time for me.
Exams, essays, presentations, deadlines..
We've all been there at some point.
I've been spending countless hours in front of a laptop,
at the library, reading etc.
Also when I'm stressed I enjoy snacking but
as a part of a healthier lifestyle, I try not to stuff myself with junk food
(yes.. I said I try to..)

Here are things that I tend to hold on to when I need extra something:)

Eat Natural Bars:
there's lots of different flavours, full of dried fruit and nuts.

Rachel's Organic Greek Style Coconut yogurt:
it's creamy and very coconutty, perfect in the morning.

And yes, I'm a Grazer:-)
I receive my Graze deliveries every Wednesday.
I'm a fan of dried fruit and nuts.
I also love their flapjacks mmmmm

Oh and my beloved blueberries!
I could eat them non stop lol
I usually add them to my yogurts or
eat them just like that.
Loooove.

Nail Paint freak

Bonjour Ladies!
Today I decided to share with you my latest obsession.
Barry M Nail Paints

Love them all and I can't get enough.
They're very affordable- £2,99 a bottle
(and often on offer in Boots 2 for £5).
They come in wide range of colours,
they are pretty resistant (usually last me 4-5 days with base and top coat).

What's not to love? :-)

Studious Friday

Another day of studying today.
An essay due next week and 3 exams.
Glad it isn't sunny today so I'm not tempted to drop the books
and go to the park.. lay on the grass and just be lazy.

Can't wait for the summer:-) So many plans..
But first, I need to deal with a ton of books, notes,
slides and highlighters..
Anybody out there stressed out studying?
A coffee with a doughnut seems like a lovely treat.

Am I the only person that didn't seem to be excited about
the Royal Wedding?
