February faves

Can somebody please tell me where did February go?
Cos it was SO quick!
Can't believe that tomorrow is the 1st of March!

Anyway, these are the products I loved
this (*bloody short*) month:

Lush Lemony Flutter
It's a cuticle butter but I also used it on my feet
(with socks as a night treatment), elbows and knees.
It's really moisturising and it smells so citrusy. Yum!

Rimmel 430 Coralicious
I used it on my toes as it reminds me of summer.

Flora by Gucci
I got it from my Mummy and I've been
loving it ever since. It's such a grownup smell lol

MAC Fix+
Perfect to spray over mineral makeup or when
I use powder to set my liquid foundation.
It's fab to create a dewy look.

MUF Concealer Palette no 1
It has everything I need.
It's super creamy and blends really well.
Plus, it lasts forever.

The Body Shop Buriti Baby Body Butter
That's my def favourite BS butter!!
It's so light but very moisturising.
It smells sweet but not overpowering.
It absorbs real quick and doesn't leave a greasy feeling.
ABSOLUTELY ADORE IT!
I love how yellow it is=) so pretty!

MAC Bare Study Paint Pot
O la la!
Such a great base for everyday makeup.
It gives a lovely champagne-y sheen.

Did you try any of those?
What did you think?

What were your faves?

Hope you guys had a lovely weekend.

I ♥ 90s

I was feeling a bit sentimental
and decided to share with you
my love for 90s!=)

I was born in 1985 so 90s remind me
of my childhood and teenage years.
When I look at some pics now from
back then I get a classical: 'What was I thinking?!'
but I think that's the charm of getting old lol

Remember Beverly Hills 90210?
The original one?
Oh, I used to watch every episode:)
All the drama lol
And I had a secret crush on Dylan hehe

Dawson's Creek belongs to late 90s
Loved it as well.
This time I had a crush on Pacey lol
Funny that I always fancy rebellious
characters. Yeah, that didn't change:)

MTV used to be different back then.
There was actually lots of music.
Because today what hits me
is that MTV is full of reality shows
and hardly ever plays music.

Ok, I gotta admit I love also 90s cheesy music lol
It needs to be said out loud=)

What about you guys?
Is there anything you miss about 90s?

xx

FOTD

I woke up this morning
feeling a little down.
Life has been rather complicated recently
but whose isn't?!

Anywho, I started preparing for college
and I thought that pink would make my day
more colorful=)

I've also worn a beanie because
it's been raining here for couple
of days now. Plus, it's still quite cold.

I'm wearing bareMinerals foundation
and I truly love it.
It leaves my skin so radiant.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend!

A quotation of the day

A quote from Sex and the city:

'Soul mate.
Two little words.
One big concept.
A belief that someone, somewhere,
is holding a key to your heart and your dream house.
All you have to do is find them.
So where is this person?
And if you loved someone and
it didn't work out,
does this mean that they weren't your soul mate?
Were they just a runner-up
in the game show called 'Happily Ever After'?
And as you move from age box to age box
and the contestants get fewer and fewer,
are your chances of finding your soul mate
less and less?
Soul mates: reality or torture device?'

lush yellow bags

Hello Lovelies!

That is just a quick post about the Lush yellow bags.
I'm not sure if you ever spotted but some of them
have an advice at the back to re- use it by
placing it
in the sock drawer:)
I put mine into my bra drawer
(I had an empty bag after I used the Comforter).
And I have to say it does smell nice.
It's not particularly a strong scent
or it doesn't last for too long
but it's still nice to open the wardrobe in the morning
and think: mmm blueberries:)

Now I also have one in the small
pocket of my handbag.

You can officially call me a Lush junkie=)

I'm just curious.
Do you guys re-use your yellow bags?

a power of a T-shirt

I love statement T-shirts.
It can totally make or break an outfit.

Sometimes when I don't feel like dressing up,
I throw on one of my tees, jeans and a blazer
and I'm ready to go.

Can't wait for spring=)

And it started snowing here today AGAIn:/

Kristen Stewart - yay or nay?

Initially I wasn't convinced about her.
Then I heard about the Facebook group:
'I hate Kristen Steward' and I thought
'Come on, give her a break',
she's not that bad.

When I looked up those pictures,
I was pleasantly surprised.

She seems seriously uncomfortable and shy
but there's something fresh and natural about her.

I like the fact that at times she appears
to be a bit rebellious and dorky.

Even her body language screams
about her not being confident with
the whole fuss around her at the moment.

So for me she's definitely yay=)
What do you guys think?

Happy Sunday!

My current drugstore faves

These are my drugstore favourites at the moment:

-Batiste Original Dry Shampoo

I can't express enough of gratitude to
the person who invented dry shampoo!
Perfect to use in between the washes
and to create extra volume.
Plus it smells nice and it's inexpensive.

-Soap&Glory Girligo
Spray-on Moisturising Mist
It's perfect to use in the morning
when you don't have time to put
a proper moisturiser.
It absorbs super quick and leaves the skin
soft and delicately scented.

- Boots Natural Collection
Vanilla Body Spray

I would love any product that
makes me smell like a cupcake =)
I use it together with Lush Vanillary
Solid Perfume

(perfect for everyday eye makeup)

-Super Soft Eye Crayon no.2 by Barry M

Unless you're going for clown cheeks=)
a little of this product goes a long way.
I use what's on a lid, tap off the excess
and apply on my cheeks.

-L'oreal Studio Secrets Primer
It's an affordable drugstore primer
that make my skin super soft before
applying makeup.

-L'oreal True Match powder
A great face powder that blends easily

ELF Warm Bronzer =)

natural FOTD + hair update

Yay for the long hair!:)
My hair grows so quickly.
I 've had it short for the past 6-7 yrs
so I'm excited to have it that long.

I used ELF Warm Bronzer today
and I love this dewy effect it gives to
my pasty complexion.
