Product that I regret buying- Lush Jungle hair conditioner

That's how Lush describes the Jungle
solid hair conditioner:
Solid Conditioner to tame all hair types.
Helen Ambrosen was the first person to make
a solid conditioner work and we are mightily proud of her.
She discovered that cocoa butter will slide
on to your hair to make it softer, then dissolve in water
to leave it shiny and smooth. Jungle feels different
on your hair from liquid conditioner; in fact,
until you wash it off you hardly notice it's there.
It's worth getting the hang of it though, because it's great
at giving hair a smoothing, detangling, fruitily scented coat
of shininess. Smooth it along the length of your hair from root
to tip, then rinse out like liquid conditioner. Dry your hair
and your comb will slide through your former tangles like
a hot knife through cocoa butter.
Cost: £4.10 per 100g
I tried to rub it into my hair, then make a paste
that I could leave in my hair and rinse it off after
couple of minutes - nothing seemed to be working.
It felt really heavy and difficult to apply.
It left my hair feeling greasy.
Plus, the smell was way too heavy.
It's a shame because initially I was
excited as it was the first solid conditioner
that I tried.

drugstore shopping on a student's budget =)
Well, at least it was meant to be quick lol
I needed a new night cream.
I found this Vitamin E Nourishing Night Cream.
It says on the package: 'Our naturally sourced Vitamin E
is a powerful antioxidant which not only revitalises and protects
the skin, it also helps combat the damaging effects of free radicals
and shields it against the environment. The rich Nourishing Night Cream
provides the extra hydration and daily nourishment your skin needs
to keep it feeling soft, smooth and looking radiant'
All that for just £1.22:) LOL
Well, obviously I don't expect that much
but I tried it on my hand and it feels really moisturising
and smells nice. So yeah, fingers crossed=)
Then I picked up Deep Action Daily Cream Wash
For £1.49 they promise that 'It's uniquely formulated
with salicylic acid, aloe vera and cucumber juice to deeply purify
pores and help soothe and reduce the redness of inflamed
skin. With sebum control, this will leave skin refreshed and
mattified. Ideal for everyday use.'
I finished my bareMinerals foundation
but I refuse to pay £22 (I got the other one for Christmas).
The Bourjois Healthy Mix is on special deal
for £7.99 instead of £9.99.
I'm nr 51 Light Vanilla (the lightest one).
I tried a sample before- it's medium coverage,
very blendable and smells divine!
(maybe I'll do a full review in the future?)
And the last thing- I've been looking for a drugstore
peachy blush forever!
Seriously, drugstores are full of millions of shades
of pink but it is a challenge to find a nice peachy blush.
So glad I found it N.Y.C. Colour Wheel
Mosaic Face Powder 726 A Peach Glow.
O la la=)
The first thing I did when I got home -
I grabbed my blush brush and throw it on my cheeks.
I am so so satisfied with that product.
Gorgeous mat peachy glow=)
(if that makes any sense)
Perfect for pale beauties lol
BTW have you seen Harajuku Sunshine Cuties??
So adorable!
The one I fancy the most is LOVE.
She's so chic♥
What do you guys think about the products above?

take a bow
I am such a sucker for bows.
It is a small detail that can totally
make an outfit stand out.
I'm going to rock this trend this spring =)

getting ready for spring
Hello Lovelies!
Last Thursday I popped into Superdrug.
Initially all I wanted to get was a tooth paste.
But I ended up getting Sleek Acid palette =)
Oh well. Who I was kidding?
That's my very first Sleek palette.
Most of the people go for neutral colours
but as soon as I saw these ones,
I knew it had to be mine.

J'adore Paris
Everyone loves Paris.
It's just one of those places that
you should visit at least once in your lifetime.
I'm lucky to know Paris quite well
(I used to date a French guy)
and I can also speak French
so I absolutely enjoy going there.
Especially in autumn.
When I saw these clothes and
jewellery, it just made me smile =)

Currently listening to:
Does anybody else heart Paris?

IN's and OUT's
-Getting back to shape
During winter I tend to gain weight so during
the last week I decided to do something about it.
I try to exercise everyday. I'm not a gym person
but I enjoy running and practising yoga at home.
I also have Wii Fit- although it's not super serious,
it brings the variety.

-Living on my own
I've always shared a flat. Either with flatmates
or a boyfriend. For the first time ever I live on my own.
I'm not gonna lie- it was rough at first (it is still sometimes)
but I started to appreciate it. For once it's about what
I want. I learn how to be happy with myself.
Cos if I'm not happy with myself,
I will never be able to be happy with somebody else.
Amen=)
-Eating more reasonably
I don't call it a diet (this word makes me go: ewww lol)
I eat more veggies & fruits, control my portions
and reduce the junk food. I don't want to do
anything too extreme cos I know I wouldn't stick to it
for too long. I've been doing it for a week and I lost 1 kg
which motivates me a lot:)
-Drinking water
I drink at least 2l of water daily and I can't emphasise
enough its benefits! My skin looks better, I feel less tired
and it fills my stomach so I don't get hungry too quickly.
OUT's:
-Stress
I've been dealing with a lot of stuff recently.
I can feel that both my body and my mind are exhausted.
That's one of the reasons why I became so obsessed with
changing my eating and fitness habits:)
(*look at INs*)

-Lack of sleep
My sleeping pattern is all over the place.
I'm a night person. I enjoy staying up to 4 or 5am
but college and work require being reasonable:)
Last 2 weeks were really tiring because I couldn't
sleep at night and I was like a zombie during the day
trying to survive. Then I used to have a nap in the afternoon
and of course still couldn't sleep at night. It was like a closed circle.
I'm working on that.
